Terms of Service
Effective: May 19, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MP Connect (the “Service”), an internal franchise reporting application owned and operated by Mobility Plus IP LLC (“Mobility Plus,” “we,” “us”).
By clicking “Connect to QuickBooks” or otherwise authorizing the Service to access your QuickBooks Online (“QBO”) company file, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service description
The Service reads financial data from franchisee QBO accounts for two purposes:
- Calculating royalty payments owed under your franchise agreement
- Providing Mobility Plus with standard franchisor oversight of franchisee financial performance
The Service is read-only with respect to your QBO data. Mobility Plus and the Service can view your data but cannot add, change, or delete any transactions, customers, vendors, or other records inside your QuickBooks.
2. Eligibility and authorization
Use of the Service is limited to authorized Mobility Plus franchisees and Mobility Plus personnel. By authorizing the Service via Intuit OAuth, you represent that:
- You are an authorized signatory for the QBO company file you connect
- You are a Mobility Plus franchisee in good standing
- You have the authority under your franchise agreement to grant the Service access to your books
3. Acceptable use
You agree to:
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date QBO records, including timely month-end close and bank reconciliation
- Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Service or its security features
- Not attempt to access, modify, or read data belonging to any other franchisee through the Service
- Notify Mobility Plus promptly if you change your QBO subscription, accounting firm, or QBO administrator in a way that may affect Service connectivity
4. Disconnection
You may revoke the Service’s access to your QBO at any time via Apps → My Apps → MP Connect → Disconnect inside your QuickBooks Online account. However, your obligations to provide financial reporting to Mobility Plus as required by your franchise agreement remain in effect regardless of Service connectivity.
5. Availability
We provide the Service on an “as available” basis. The Service depends on Intuit’s QBO API, Render Inc.’s hosting platform, and other third-party services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for outages caused by these dependencies.
6. No warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE DATA PRESENTED BY THE SERVICE IS FREE OF ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR DELAYS.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOBILITY PLUS IP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
8. Modifications to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to franchisees through Mobility Plus. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
9. Termination
The Service is provided to you as part of your franchise relationship with Mobility Plus. Your right to use the Service terminates automatically when your franchise relationship ends. We or Mobility Plus IP LLC may also terminate your access at any time for material violation of these Terms or for any other reason.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Mobility Plus IP LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
11. Relationship to franchise agreement
These Terms supplement, but do not replace, your franchise agreement with Mobility Plus. If there is a conflict between these Terms and your franchise agreement, your franchise agreement controls.
